Where are the products manufactured?

All our treatments are conceived, formulated, and manufactured by our team in our own laboratory in Lannion, Brittany . This allows us to control the entire production chain. For accessories, we prioritize French sourcing for the vast majority. For rare exceptions, when specific expertise is not available locally or to guarantee an affordable price, we source certain items from trusted partners outside France.

Are your products certified?

Yes, our entire range is Cosmébio certified (COSMOS ORGANIC label). They are also 100% natural origin and Vegan (excluding accessories).

Why did you choose aluminum and glass?

We selected these materials for their infinite recyclability . Unlike plastic, which degrades with repeated recycling, glass and aluminum retain all their properties. Aluminum is ultra-light, which significantly reduces the carbon footprint associated with transportation. Glass is the healthiest and most inert material for preserving our natural formulas.

How long does my product last after opening?

Thanks to our optimized formulas, our products generally last 6 to 12 months after opening (check the "open jar" logo on the label). Remember to close the container tightly after use.

Usage

Wet the shampoo, rub it between your hands, then directly onto your wet scalp. Massage and rinse with warm water. Store away from water. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clear water.

Nous recommandons toutefois :

de faire un test avant un usage régulier

Convient-il aux cheveux colorés ?

Ce shampoing solide est adapté uniquement aux cheveux colorés chimiquement.

💡 À savoir : il n’est pas recommandé pour les colorations naturelles (henné, plantes), car certains ingrédients, comme l’argile, peuvent réagir et altérer la couleur.

Comment utiliser le shampoing solide ?

Humidifiez le shampoing sous l’eau.
Frottez dans vos mains pour obtenir une légère mousse, ou appliquez-le directement sur vos cheveux en petits mouvements circulaires.
Rincez abondamment à l’eau claire et chaude.

💡 Durée moyenne d’utilisation d’un pain de shampoing : environ 40 lavages.

⚠️ Précaution : ne pas laisser tremper le pain dans l’eau, sinon il fondra plus vite !

Quel est le pH de vos shampoings solides ?

C’est une question technique très pertinente ! Il faut savoir qu'un shampoing solide ne contient pas d’eau (il est anhydre). De ce fait, il n'a pas de pH mesurable à l'état pur ; néanmoins il contient des tensioactifs qui sont plutôt basiques. Il faut savoir que le pH ne définit pas à lui seul la qualité ou la douceur du soin.

Le vrai test : La tolérance cutanée Pour nous assurer de la douceur de nos formules, nous ne nous fions pas qu'aux chiffres, mais à la réalité de l'usage :

Testé sur cuirs chevelus sensibles : Nos shampoings ont passé avec succès des tests d'usage prouvant leur bonne tolérance, même sur les cuirs chevelus sensibles.
Résultats prouvés : Au-delà du pH, nos tests confirment que nos shampoings laissent les cheveux doux et souples, sans les agresser. Grâce à leurs agents surgraissants et nutritifs qui viennent gainer la fibre, ils compensent naturellement l'alcalinité pour un fini soyeux.

Notre conseil : Plutôt que le pH, nous vous recommandons de choisir votre shampoing selon vos besoins (cheveux secs, gras, cuir chevelu irrité). Ce sont les actifs spécifiques de chaque formule qui prendront soin de votre problématique personnelle.
