These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Endro Cosmétiques, operator of the website www.endro-cosmetiques.com, and any person (hereinafter referred to as "the customer") placing an order for products offered for sale on this site.
3) Acceptance of the GTCS
Any order placed via this website implies the consultation, as well as the full and unreserved adherence by the customer to these general terms and conditions of sale. The customer is invited to read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale with each order. Consequently, the customer acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions of sale prior to their order.
These general terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time and without notice by Endro Cosmétiques. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of order registration.
4) Products
Endro Cosmétiques mainly offers for sale natural cosmetic and hygiene products manufactured in their own laboratory located in Lannion (deodorants, toothpastes, creams, serums, etc.), but also some accessories manufactured by partners.
5) Conditions for placing an order
Ordering methods:
The customer can place an order with Endro Cosmétiques on the website by following the methods and the process indicated for this purpose while browsing.
Customer commitment:
Prior to any order, the customer guarantees that they are of legal age, legally capable, and in particular authorized to use the payment methods they will use for the payment of their order.
Ordering on the website: prior registration not mandatory:
Prior to placing an order on the website, the customer has the choice to register with Endro Cosmétiques on the site, and to provide the requested information in order to create a personal account.

The customer guarantees the accuracy, sincerity, and reliability of the information provided for their order.

These prices are exclusive of transport and delivery costs or miscellaneous taxes, these costs being charged additionally and indicated before the final validation of the order.

8) Payment terms
Any order placed with Endro Cosmétiques must be paid for before being shipped.
For any order for which payment has not been received within 7 days of the order and/or the issuance of the invoice, Endro Cosmétiques will recontact the customer by email or phone to check if there is an error due to the payment methods used.
If despite all its efforts, Endro Cosmétiques cannot contact the customer, Endro Cosmétiques reserves the right to cancel the order.
9) Product availability
Endro Cosmétiques fulfills orders within the limits of its available stocks. The availability of the products presented on the site is checked constantly.
In case of stock shortage:
In case of temporary or permanent unavailability of one or more products noted after collection by Endro Cosmétiques, the customer may choose either another product for an equivalent price, or a refund, which will occur within a maximum period of 7 days following the order.

12) Guarantees and customer satisfaction
Customer service:
Endro Cosmétiques commits to providing any useful response to its customers within an average period of 72 hours (working days), and to support customers in resolving any potential problem encountered during the order, during delivery, as well as during the use of the products.
Delivery and transport:
We are very demanding regarding the packaging of our products, but we do not control the conditions of delivery of orders from the moment they are entrusted to our carrier. That is why we cannot offer guarantees either on delivery times or on the conditions in which the orders travel.
Upon receipt of an order delivered by parcel, the customer must check the parcel with the carrier, and indicate on the delivery slip any anomaly noted.
Furthermore, if the customer notes an anomaly or is not entirely satisfied with the products upon receipt of the order, we invite the customer to contact us within a period of 3 days to inform us of their questions and/or their dissatisfaction. We ask the customer to send us a photo of the parcel and/or the products by email.
13) Liability
Endro Cosmétiques cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the order in case of stock shortage, product unavailability, or production stoppage, or in cases of force majeure.

14) Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the execution of an order and/or the interpretation of these conditions is subject to French law. In case of dispute, only the French Courts are competent.
