The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define the contractual relationship between Endro Cosmétiques, operator of the website www.endro-cosmetiques.com, and any person (hereinafter referred to as "the customer") placing an order for products offered for sale on this site.
3) Acceptance of the T&Cs
Any order placed via this website implies the consultation and full and unreserved acceptance by the customer of these general terms and conditions of sale. The customer is invited to read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale with each order. Consequently, the customer acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions of sale before placing their order.
These general terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time and without prior notice by Endro Cosmétiques. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date the order was placed.
4) Products
Endro Cosmétiques primarily offers for sale natural cosmetic and hygiene products manufactured in their own laboratory located in Lannion (deodorants, toothpastes, creams, serums, etc.), as well as some accessories manufactured by partners.
5) Conditions for placing an order
Order methods:
The customer can place an order with Endro Cosmétiques on the website by following the procedures and process indicated for this purpose during navigation.
Customer commitment:
Prior to any order, the customer guarantees that they are of legal age, capable, and particularly authorized to use the payment methods they will use to pay for their order.
Ordering on the website: prior registration not mandatory:
Before placing an order on the website, the customer has the choice to register with Endro Cosmétiques on the site and to provide the requested information to create a personal account.
Accuracy of personal information:
The customer guarantees the accuracy, sincerity, and reliability of the information provided for their order.
In particular, the customer provides a single valid and functional email address, which will be a means of communication between them and Endro Cosmétiques.
It is therefore the customer's responsibility to modify any changes to their contact details at any time and as soon as possible by logging into their personal account, or by contacting customer service.
To avoid any delivery errors, Endro Cosmétiques may regularly check the conformity of the information provided by the customer. If this information appears erroneous and/or misleading, Endro Cosmétiques may request additional or corrected information.
Non-compliance with obligations:
The customer's failure to comply with all or part of the obligations undertaken under these T&Cs, and in particular concerning any payment incident for an order, may lead to the suspension of access to the services offered by Endro Cosmétiques. In this case, Endro Cosmétiques will also have the right to refuse the customer any new order.
6) Sale Price
The selling prices on the website are indicated in euros, all taxes included: "TTC" (French VAT included at the rate in force according to the products), unless otherwise stated.
These prices are exclusive of transport and delivery costs or various taxes, these costs being invoiced in addition and indicated before the final validation of the order.
Modifications:

Specific taxes depending on delivery countries:
In case of delivery to a country other than France, the customer undertakes to pay all customs fees and taxes, in addition to the sale price, under the laws of the country of receipt of the order.

8) Payment Deadlines
Any order placed with Endro Cosmétiques must be paid for before it is shipped.
For any order for which payment has not been received within 7 days following the order and/or the issuance of the invoice, Endro Cosmétiques will recontact the customer by email or phone to check if there is an error due to the payment methods used.
If, despite all its efforts, Endro Cosmétiques cannot contact the customer, Endro Cosmétiques reserves the right to cancel the order.
9) Product Availability
Endro Cosmétiques fulfills orders within the limits of available stock. The availability of products presented on the site is continuously checked.
In case of stock shortage:
In the event of temporary or definitive unavailability of one or more products noted after payment by Endro Cosmétiques, the customer may choose either another product for an equivalent price, or a refund, which will occur within a maximum period of 7 days following the order.

12) Guarantees and Customer Satisfaction
Customer service:
Endro Cosmétiques undertakes to provide any useful response to its customers within an average of 72 hours (working days), and to assist customers in resolving any problems encountered during the order, delivery, and use of the products.
Delivery and transport:
We are very demanding about the packaging of our products, but we do not control the delivery conditions of orders once they are entrusted to our carrier. Therefore, we cannot offer guarantees either on delivery times or on the conditions under which orders travel.
Upon receipt of an order delivered by package, the customer must check the package with the carrier and indicate any anomaly noted on the delivery note.
Furthermore, if the customer notices an anomaly or is not entirely satisfied with the products upon receipt of the order, we invite the customer to contact us within 3 days to inform us of their questions and/or dissatisfaction. We ask the customer to send us a photo of the package and/or products by email.
13) Liability
Endro Cosmétiques cannot be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of the order in the event of stock shortage, unavailability of the product, or cessation of production, or in cases of force majeure.

14) Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the execution of an order and/or the interpretation of these conditions is subject to French law. In case of dispute, only the French Courts are competent.
