1) Purpose

The purpose of these "general terms of use" is to provide the legal framework for the use of the www.endro-cosmetiques.com website and its services.

This contract is concluded between:

      - The manager of the website, hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher",

      - Any natural or legal person wishing to access the website and its services, hereinafter referred to as "the User".

 

The general terms of use must be accepted by all Users, and their access to the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

 

2) Access to services

The User of the www.endro-cosmetiques.com website has access to the following services:

      • Ordering Endro Cosmétiques products and zero-waste accessories,

      • Consulting information,

      • Contacting the brand.

The following services are only accessible to the User if they are a member of the site and have a customer account (i.e. they are identified using their login credentials):

3) User's responsibility

The User is responsible for the risks associated with the use of their login ID and password.

The User's password must remain secret. In the event of password disclosure, the Publisher disclaims all responsibility.

The User assumes full responsibility for the use they make of the information and content present on the www.endro-cosmetiques.com website.

Any use of the service by the User that directly or indirectly results in damages must be compensated to the site.

The site allows members to publish reviews on the site.

Any server or network malfunction cannot engage the Publisher's responsibility.

Similarly, the site's responsibility cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

The domains to which the hypertext links present on the site lead do not engage the responsibility of the Publisher of www.endro-cosmetiques.com, who has no control over these links.

9) Contract duration

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect for the User from the start of using the service.

 

10) Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

This contract is subject to French law.
