Deliveries and lead times

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

1) Delivery times

Our logistics team prepares your orders as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, with the greatest of care!

Outside of holiday seasons, product launches, or special promotional events, we prepare your parcels in 1 to 2 business days.

During peak periods, it may take us 3 to 5 business days to prepare your order.

Once the parcels are handed over to our carriers, here are the average delivery times:

          - Home delivery by GLS: 2 to 3 business days,

            - Home delivery by Colissimo - carbon neutral: 2 to 3 business days,

              - Pickup point delivery by Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days.

         

          Carriers collect our parcels from Monday to Friday. Deliveries may take place on Saturdays.

          Occasionally, there may be longer delays (3 to 5 days preparation time plus 3 to 5 days delivery) during peak periods (e.g., before the year-end holidays). Remember to place your orders early!

           

          NB: These times are given as an indication, and Endro Cosmétiques cannot be held responsible for delivery times once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

          If you have not received your order within 14 days of its shipment (considering variable transport times), please contact Endro Cosmétiques by email at contact@endro-cosmetiques.com or via the contact form.

           

          2) Delivery zones

          We can deliver our products to private individuals in the following countries: Metropolitan France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Italy.

           

          3) Delivery rates by country and carrier

           

             - Metropolitan France:

                   - Pickup point delivery with MONDIAL RELAY: €2.90 (free from €49 of purchase)

                     - Home delivery via GLS: €4.90 (free from €49 of purchase)

                       - Home delivery via Colissimo - carbon neutral: €5.90 (€3.90 from €49 of purchase)

                 

                     - Germany, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Italy:

                           - Home delivery via GLS: €4.90

                       

                      4) Delivery information and parcel tracking

                      When you order on our site, you receive a tracking number for your parcel and an automatic email and/or SMS informing you of the shipment of your order.

                      If you do not see an email or SMS within 3 days of your order, please check your spam folder and/or contact us by email at contact@endro-cosmetiques.com or via the contact form.
